You are feeling ill and have gone into the hospital for a check-up. In this world, all diseases have supernatural elements (making them extra dangerous) but they're all curable (whew). However, your Providers have to diagnose you in time to save you.
Give your patient a name and a basic physical description. Inform your providers of this and remember to roleplay your patient.
When Providers talk to you, they will ask you to perform actions on your screen. Press the appropriate button and follow the instructions.
Remember, while you don't know what you have and can't describe your symptoms by name, you can only win the game if you interact with your Providers in such a way that they can diagnose your illness.
